Youth Leadership Programme
The Youth Panel is a collective of proactive young people aged 13-19yrs playing a pivotal role in the dance school's growth and future direction. Members gain invaluable skills and experiences, contribute to significant discussions and decisions, and are given unique opportunities. They engage in tasks like managing a budget, implementing projects, attending professional training, and becoming representatives at events. Membership demands include attending monthly meetings, submitting regular progress reports, and responsibly using social media. The panel serves as an innovative platform for fostering leadership, empowerment, and growth.
2024/2025 Youth Panel
Charlotte
Charlotte has been dancing since she was seven and focuses on performers, contemporary, and musical theatre. She enjoys assisting the Tuesday classes for children aged 5 to 8 and working with younger dancers. Joining the Youth Panel has been an incredible opportunity for her to work with others and bring her creative ideas to life.
Jasmyne
Jasmyne has been passionate about dance since she started at the age of five. She currently assists the Monday classes for children aged 5 to 8, sharing her enthusiasm and dedication to dance with younger students.
Lola
Lola has been dancing since she was three years old, participating in performers, street dance, musical theatre, and contemporary. She is excited to be part of the Youth Panel because it offers the opportunity to work with new people on various projects.
Olivia
Olivia began dancing at the age of three, inspired by her passion for the art form. She hopes to continue dancing in the future and loves being part of the Youth Panel, where she collaborates with others to create something amazing.
Jagoda
Jagoda has been dancing since the age of four. Dance serves as a creative outlet and a source of inspiration for their future in the art form. Jagoda enjoys being part of the vibrant dance community and cherishes the connections made with its amazing members.
