Summer School 2023
We had the most amazing time at our summer school this year! From dancing to singing, crafts to drama, games to smiles, we did it all! We had an absolute blast, thank you to everyone who joined us!
Little Miracles & Give it A Go Day 2023
Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th August 2023

What a fantastic weekend! It was wonderful to chat to so many people and see all the other groups out there increasing the activities and opportunities available to the young people of South Holland.
​
Well done to our D-Nation competition team students for a fabulous performance at both events. Jordan from Wild Technique Breakers also performed a demo & teachers Abbi, Harriet & Lucy delivered a street dance workshop.
Ayscoughfee Teddy Bear's picnic

A group of Diamondz dancers gave an incredible performance at Ayscoughfee's Teddy Bears Picnic event! They danced their hearts out to raise funds for the Spalding Flower Parade 2024!

Wow, In-House 2023 was absolutely incredible! We had a blast filled with non-stop dancing, countless medals, and so many happy faces. The smiles, cheers, raffle, face-painting, merchandise & refreshments made it a truly unforgettable event. A massive thank you to everyone who made it all happen!

Rugby Club Fun Day
Some of our Junior & Senior dancers performed at the Spalding Rugby Club fun day on Saturday 1st July. They did a combination of dance styles including; street dance, cheer dance and musical theatre jazz.
Spalding Festival 2023
Friday 26th May

Senior Performers performed with the Rock School Bus youth band & Zebra band on Friday 26th May to re-open the Spalding Festival after it not running for 4 years due to Covid. They had a fabulous time and brought all the energy for this special event!
Spalding Flower Parade 2023
After 10 years, Spalding Flower Parade returned on Saturday 13th May! The Diamondz School of Dance had the chance to participate in the parade, dancing along to songs from the 1950's and a fun through the decades number! It was a fantastic time walking 2.9 miles around Spalding and seeing the community come together. A big well done to our students. We are looking forward to the flower parade in 2024.
King's Coronation Ayscoughfee Performance 2023

To mark the coronation of the King, our Junior and Senior performers delighted the audience at Ayscoughfee Gardens with a vibrant 1950's dance medley featuring a selection of classic tunes.
International Dance Weekend 2023

Spalding Town Centre flashmob 2023

The unexpected flash mob in the town centre of Spalding, Lincolnshire had a hugely positive impact on the local community. With around over 200 people, of all ages, coming together to support or express themselves through dance, the atmosphere was charged with joy and excitement.
​
The energy of the flash mob brought the whole town alive and reminded the locals of the power of joy and unity. It will undoubtedly live long in the memories of everyone who experienced it and its impact will help to pave the way for an equally impactful return of the Flower Parade.

True Motion - U DANCE 2023
Sunday 16th April
A group of Diamondz School of Dance dancers put together a piece in collaboration with Callum Brazzo to perform at True Motion 2023.
The piece represented that dance is a universal language, and its impact spans generations. The spoken word piece is about empowering those that think differently through the language of movement, and the visual representation of the autistic pride flag, to show the common humanity we share.
Dancers, Abbi & Callum put this piece together in approximately 4hours and we were successfully chosen by the panel to be apart of the regional shortlist. We hope the message of this spreads far & wide as it’s something we are extremely passionate about 🥰
