Adults Move Lincolnshire is an arts and wellbeing company founded by Bekki Loveridge in April 2021. Currently based in Spalding, Bekki offers dance, yoga and movement for wellbeing classes for adults to enjoy. Adults Move encourages adults to find an enjoyable way to move for their overall health and wellbeing.
